Terpenes
Terpenes are the aromatic compounds that give cannabis its smell and flavor — myrcene, limonene, caryophyllene, and dozens more. They are the honest core of strain character: what citrus, pine, gas, or cream actually is. Where coverage goes wrong is effect claims — marketing loves to assign each terpene a promise (relaxing, energizing), and the human evidence for those mappings is thin. Our strain coverage talks terpenes as flavor and aroma, reports lab terpene percentages where vendors publish them (roughly 1–3% total is respectable), and leaves the pharmacology claims to people less careful than us.
