Cryo-curing covers freeze-based approaches to post-harvest processing — freezing fresh flower or freeze-drying it — aimed at preserving terpenes and trichomes that a conventional weeks-long dry-and-cure can lose. The technique is real and related to how live resin starts. The marketing is ahead of the verification: “cryo” on a menu is unfalsifiable from paperwork, and the word gets applied loosely. Judge the outcome, not the adjective — aroma, moisture feel, and the COA’s terpene panel if one is published. A vendor who documents their process in detail earns the label more than one who just prints it.
